How to Cope with Grief During the Holidays

Sonoran Skies Mortuary and Hospice of the Valley have teamed up to bring you a holiday workshop that will teach you how to cope with grief during the holidays.  Join us on Tuesday, December 11 from 3:00pm - 4:30pm at Sonoran Skies Mortuary in Mesa (5650 E. Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85205).. 

We will discuss how to:

• Recognize the uniqueness of grief during the holidays;
• Identify coping mechanisms;
• Distinguish children's grief during the holidays and review coping mechanisms

Everyone is welcome.  We invite everyone, especially those that have lost a loved one this year.  This is a great opportunity for those that have lost a loved one this year to listen to professionals on grief, meet new people, and spend some time with others who have also recently lost a loved one.  We look forward to seeing you there!
